
New Glenn Launch failure
Accident Description
On April 19, 2026, Blue Origin's New Glenn heavy launch vehicle failed on its first flight at Cape Canaveral, Florida. While the first stage thruster was recovered successfully, the second stage failed to put AST Space Mobility's Bluebird 7 satellite into its intended orbit at ignition.
