On the evening of May 28, 2026 ET, Blue Origin, its core ace "New Glenn" heavy launch vehicle, suddenly exploded violently during an engine ignition test at Cape Canaveral Space Force Base, Florida

Relevant engineers said that "it is too early to judge the root cause", but multi-party on-site monitoring showed that the big explosion occurred at the moment when the engine was ignited and started.
